Refunds & Returns



  • UrbanLux provides a standard warranty period of six months from the date of receipt for products with manufacturing defects or faults. In some instances, an extended supplier warranty may apply, extending this period. If there is no extended supplier warranty, returns cannot be accepted beyond the six-month period. For clarity on the warranty period of a specific product, please log your return on our returns page.


  • To initiate a refund, the product must be returned to UrbanLux in working order at the customer’s expense.

Once your return has been assessed and approved for a refund, please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Store Credit voucher, which can be used for future purchases on
  • Customers may opt to receive a refund through an EFT, card reversal, or PayFast reversal instead of Store Credit.
  • will not be responsible for further refunds if incorrect account information is provided and a refund is successfully processed to those details.
  • Card reversals may take up to 14 business days to reflect. A valid proof of refund from’s card processing partner will serve as conclusive evidence that a card reversal has been processed. Should the refund not appear, the customer must contact their card issuing institution for further investigation.
